Adding pretty to plain

As it has been raining a lot recently, I took the time to make some silk flowers to decorate the plain wall above my bed. My sisters think it looks a bit odd now but I am happy with the result and it was really easy to do. I simply cut the petal shapes and stitched them together with a simple gem in the centre and pressed them. I stuck them on the wall with sticky foam and they have stayed perfectly in place since.
